Every day, I try to start the day with a 15 minute meditation, focusing on a quote which then become my mantra for the day. In order to remind me of the day's focus, I made leather bracelets as a reminder for the day. When sharing this approach with my friends, they asked me  to make some for them as well. I am offering the most popular requests I have had over time.
